Klaas van Zuur was once a guru of sorts for Bombring. In the band's early days in Reykjavik, Klaas introduced them to spiritual, mental, and social concepts that greatly enhanced the band's abilities. Klaas has consulted every past and present Bombring member, from Rufus and Nils to Frida, Keken, Jonathan G, Carlos X, and more.

In 1996, Klaas left Iceland to tour Southeast Asia and India for the forseeable future. On his quest he learned and experienced much... from spiritual and social concepts to musical ideas and paradigms he had never considered. Klaas returned from his sojourn in early 2010, and joined the Western World once again in Los Angeles. Knowing that Rufus and Nils had moved the studio to LA, Klaas got in touch, and through various twists and turns, ended up joining the band during the "Invasion: Utopia" sessions.

Though he has plans to continue his travels and continue expanding his mind, the band is honoured to have worked with him on the LP.
